I built the test strategy from scratch, supported the launch, then led rollout across 20+ countries, covering localisation and accessibility testing for every market.
I caught a critical pre-release defect on Meta's platform early enough for engineering to fix it. The estimated revenue impact prevented was $1.67M — acknowledged in my performance review.
I took over a WhatsApp QA function with no defined roles, release cycles, or communication standards — and contributed to scaling it from 7 to 35 engineers in two years by rebuilding the function from the ground up.
At Tech Mahindra, I received the Standing Ovation Award from the Chief People Officer — the company's highest employee recognition — for leading a 35-member global QA team and winning a strategic WhatsApp localisation contract.
Today I use AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT to generate test plans, author test cases, and support defect root cause analysis. I hold a Generative AI for Software Testing certification from Simplilearn.
